Why we built this
The average property sale in Australia costs around $25,000 in agent commission, and most take six to ten weeks from listing to settlement. Along the way, sellers are often kept at arm's length from the information that would let them make confident calls.
This is not a story about agents being the problem. A good agent earns their fee. The problem is the artificial information gap that turns using one into a reflex rather than a choice. The listing tools, market information, and negotiation that sit behind that gap are not magic. They just needed to be put in the hands of the people doing the selling.
So we built helm: professional-grade listing tools, AI-enhanced photos, optimised listing copy, AI offer scoring, and distribution to Australia's major portals, all for a flat fee. You stay in control, and you keep more of what your home sells for.
