Welcome reforms. More transparency is good for the whole market — buyers, sellers, and agents alike.

But transparency works best when it runs both ways.

Buyers are about to get clearer pricing information. Sellers still don't have an easy way to independently verify the numbers they're building their strategy around.

This is one of the gaps we're focused on at helm.
